Edge Automation

Conveyors & Assembly Systems

Our systems are designed to integrate seamlessly with your woodworking machinery.

Our Connect Conveyor Systems and Modular Assembly Stations

Can be configured for manual, semi‑automated, or fully automated assembly operations, with features tailored to fit your specific process.

Return Conveyor

Edgebander, Sanding, Grooving, Finishing

  • Manufactured in-house to the highest standard, it is a powerful and versatile solution to cabinet-making woes.
  • Four modules: Panel Kicker, Panel Rotator, Panel Support Rollers, Panel Exit Assist
  • Configurations: 900/1200/1500

Conveyors

Storage and Sequencing System

  • We designed for straight or cross-transfer applications. Straight transfer moves materials along a linear path, whereas cross-transfer moves items at a 90-degree angle across the main flow.
  • Suitable for either application: Belt Conveyor, Chain-Driven Live Roller (CDLR) Conveyor, and Roller Conveyor.
  • Each system can be configured to handle either linear or cross-flow material movement, depending on the specific needs.

Assembly Stations

Door and Cabinet Assembly Station

  • Power-assisted assembly stations support assembly configured for cabinets or doors, and pre-hung doors, while improving ergonomics and productivity.
  • Our three systems are backed by over 20 years of experience.
  • Controlled lifting, positioning and rotating.
Four Return Conveyor System Modules

Panel Kicker

Angles narrow panels so transfer belts grab them properly. Uses sensors to detect width and only “kicks” panels under a set width; settings are adjustable.

Panel Rotator

Rotates panels to the next edge for banding so operators don’t manually rotate big panels; also helps accommodate longer panels.

Panel Support Rollers

Supports long/thin panels that might sag/deflect; helps panels pass under others when paired with a rotator; reduces operator assistance.

Panel Exit Assist

Prevents a “dead zone” at the edgebander outfeed (especially for small panels) by positively driving the panel onto the conveyor.
