Our smallest model – the OG15, also known as the Baby ORCA, can aerobically process an average of 15 pounds of food waste per hour, or, 30 or less covers per hour.
The OG25 can aerobically process an average of 25 pounds of food waste per hour, or, 31 to 75 covers per hour.
The OG50 can aerobically process an average of 50 pounds of food waste per hour, or, 76 to 125 covers per hour.
Our largest model, the OG100, can aerobically process an average of 100 pounds of food waste per hour, or, 126 to 200 covers per hour.
A six or seven axis robot configuration, coupled with our unique, patent pending vision and vacuum end-of-arm-tool creates the "nucleus" in all of our Lean Woodworking Cells. Our specialized canned software works with all of the major cabinet design software (Cabinet Vision, 2020, and Microvellum), linking with their database and allowing us to automatically attend to various woodworking machines such as dowel machines, edge banders, CNC nesting machines and others. Using the unique data and information about every unique panel, our Lean Robot Cells can also distribute and sort all panels to our customers specific requirements.
